Recently we have completed a deal to buy an apartment in Salo by the Garda Lake.

I approached Habitat Garda, following a recommendation, and Mr. Lorenzo Saracco handled the deal personally.

I received a professional treatment far beyond my expectations. Mr. Lorenzo made efforts to show us as many houses as possible, which suited our request.  From the moment the apartment was chosen, we were accompanied at every step and in every detail while coordinating with the seller and the notary.  The escort did not end at the signing of the deal.
As we do not speak Italian, Mr. Lorenzo and the Haitat Garda team helped us with the authorities and the bureaucracy involved, for which we are very grateful.

Ero proprietaria di un bell'appartamento sul porto di Gargnano, con una bellissima vista sul lago.

Mi ero affidata nel corso di tre anni a due agenzie immobiliari, una locale ed una straniera, con risultati estremamente deludenti.
